Policy

A cash security deposit of SGD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. 
Children 12 - 16 years old will have to be accompanied by an adult when using the fitness center. 
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to access the fitness center. 
Club55 is exclusively for Club, Grand Club and Suite guests. Access from 06:30 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), and 06:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Friday to Sunday). 
Children under 6 years old dine for free at Club 55.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged SGD 25.90 for breakfast served from 06:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged SGD 21.20 for afternoon tea served from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged SGD 25.90 for evening canapés served from 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM (Friday to Sunday). 
Club, Grand Club and Suite guests also have the option to enjoy their club benefits at RISE Restaurant on selected days of the week. 
Any additional person will be charged an extra fee. 
Guest must be at least 17 years old to access the fitness center. 
Only the property's guests are allowed to use the infinity pool. Each guest is required to use their key card to access the pool. 
Please note that as an affiliate of a US company, Marina Bay Sands is unable to allow access to the Marina Bay Sands Casino or to conduct foreign currency transactions for individuals who are solely nationals of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or residents of the Crimea Region of Ukraine, Donetsk People’s Republic or Luhansk People’s Republic. However, all our guests are welcome to experience our non-gaming attractions (e.g. our hotel and restaurants), subject to these reservations terms and conditions and other terms and conditions imposed by the attractions. 
Please note that check-in location for the Orchid / Orchid View Suite guest will now be at Tower 1 Front Desk. 
Price payable may be subject to change due to impending change in the GST rate. 
Smoking rooms are not available for Deluxe and Deluxe View room types. 


Marina Bay Sands has embarked on a reinvestment programme to provide unparalleled new experiences for our guests. Renovation works are being carried out at Hotel Towers 1 and 2, with higher noise levels and periodic fire alarm testing during these times: Monday – Friday: 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 6.30pm, Weekends and Public Holidays: 2pm – 6pm. We are making every effort to minimise potential service delays and noise disruptions, and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.


Considering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, we request that you check travel restrictions and relevant travel advisories before booking and traveling. 
The Hotel will not be permitting any guests to check in if they have tested positive. Guests who test positive during their stay are also required to inform the Hotel of their status.

All guests who feel unwell during their stay will be required to comply with our isolation and other COVID-19 response procedures.

Guests traveling to Singapore are advised to periodically check on the prevailing conditions associated with their travel to Singapore. The latest travel guidelines and advisories on the local situation are available on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website and the Singapore Ministry of Health website.
